Our investment performance has been first rate.
All of our portfolios are constructed to meet the
specific needs and requirements of individual clients.
In order to do this we start with a model portfolio and
then make the necessary adjustments.
Intrinsic Core Portfolios
Our primary starting point to construct an individual
portfolio is our Style Neutral Model Portfolio. By style
neutral we mean the model portfolio has no particular
style bias. We will skew this portfolio toward the
investment style (i.e. growth or value) that we think is
going to do best in the immediate future. (For clients
preferring a bias to a particular investment style we
offer Growth, Value, Income and Fallen Angels
portfolios. Again, each is tailored to meet specific
needs and objectives of clients).
Excess Return is the return (expressed as a percentage)
over or under the Index or other benchmark. Position in
universe means where the portfolio came against
portfolios. For example, 12th out of a total of 94
portfolios.
Intrinsic Styled Portfolios
Many investors and investment advisers like to be
exposed to certain investment styles. For example, some
may like companies that are classified as growth
companies. Others may prefer value companies. Of course,
they may wish a blend of both styles.
Sitting along side of our absolute and style neutral
portfolios, we offer investors 4 styled portfolios.
These are:

Growth;

Value;

Fallen Angels; and

Income.
