For our Foundation Investment Account (FIA) we offer an attractive fee scale for your consideration.

There is a small Establishment Fee and we offer attractive on-going investment management fees. Our aim is the keep this fee below average cost you would pay for being in a unit trust – an inferior product.

For example, for amounts over $300,000 our investment management fee is only 0.70%p.a. compared to the average cost of a multi-asset unit trust at 2.10% p.a. (as measured by this Management Expense Ratio).

Unlike many other managers we do not charge:

• Administration Fees

(Other than $25 per hard copy of your investment report. Although the investment report is available for no charge from our web site)

• Contribution Fees
• Withdrawal Fees

• Expense Recovery Fees
• Switching Fees
• Advisory Service Fees
• Incidental Fees
• Distribution Costs
