For our Crescent Ethical MDA accounts we only charge you two fees – an investment management fee and an establishment fee. Our aim is the keep this fee below average cost you would pay for being in a unit trust – an inferior product.

For example, for amounts over $300,000 in our Foundation Investment Account our investment management fee is only 0.80%p.a. compared to the average cost of a multi-asset unit trust at 2.10% p.a. (as measured by this Management Expense Ratio). Our minimum fee for the Crescent Ethical Foundation Account is $950 p.a.

Unlike many other managers we do not charge:

• Administration Fees

(Other than $25 per hard copy of your investment report. Although the investment report is available for no charge from our web site)

• Contribution Fees
• Withdrawal Fees

• Expense Recovery Fees
• Switching Fees
• Advisory Service Fees
• Incidental Fees
• Distribution Costs

Our fees are negotiable. The greater the value of the portfolio to be managed by us the lower will be our fee (as a percentage of portfolio value). You will find our fees very competitive.
